Priding itself as “The Most Awarded Gourmet Burger in Singapore” with six locations islandwide, Omakase Burger is known for its ultra-juicy burgers—so juicy that they had to design special wrappers to hold the juices in. Its Ultimate Cheeseburger consists of a quarter pound USDA Choice beef patty, Martin’s Potato Roll, American cheese, tomato and lettuce, topped with applewood smoked bacon, sauteed onions and mushrooms.

Located at FoodXchange @ Admiralty, Out of the Bun is known for its fresh ingredients, handcrafted brioche buns, secret sauce, and of course, generous patties that overhang out of the bun, hence its name. In celebration of this year’s national day, it created a new Chilli Crab Burger consisting of suuuuper crispy soft shell crab layered with mayo, lettuce, and chilli crab sauce. Three Buns

Not only is Three Buns a restaurant that offers gourmet burgers and crafted cocktails, it also acts as a hub for supporting and building the local creative community, while working closely with international talent from the fields of Art, Music and Fashion. It uses only 100% grass-fed, free-range, hormone and antibiotic-free vintage beef and lamb from Australia and New Zealand, and now features a sustainable menu with a variety of plant-based options. Starting out in New York City, Black Tap made its way to Singapore to open its first and only Asia outlet in 2018. If the name sounds familiar to you, it’s probably because you’ve seen some of its over-the-top CrazyShake milkshakes that went viral on the Internet, heavily loaded with treats like cotton candy, cookies, sweets and even slices of birthday cake. If shakes aren’t your thing, Black Tap specialises in making craft beer and burgers. This American fast-food chain arrived at our shores in late 2019 with the opening of its Plaza Singapura outlet, and now a second one at NEX. Priced at $17, the Bacon Cheeseburger comes with a pair of fresh patties hot off the grill, two slices of American-style cheese and two strips of crispy apple-wood smoked bacon placed on a soft, toasted sesame seed bun. Fatburger has made a name for itself since 1952 from its humble beginnings as a three-stool hamburger stand in Los Angeles, now with four locations in Singapore!
