Rich with soft mascarpone cheese, you can try flavours from their MommaHero Classic series such as Matcha, Lychee Rose and Speculoos at $7.50. If you are feeling slightly more indulgent, you can opt for their MommaHero Premium series such as their Honey Soju and White Russian flavours at $9.50.

There is also a huge selection of beverages such as coffee, teas, milkshakes and alcohol to accompany your choice of tiramisu.

The Better Half

Formed by a couple who are each other’s better half, The Better Half is a hipster cafe located at 1 Everton Park. Specialising in homemade coffee and bakes, the owners roast their coffee beans in-house and bake their cakes in small batches, ensuring quality and fresh coffee and bakes are always served.  

Some of its beautifully crafted, moist cakes include Chamomile Honey, Rose Raspberry and Orange Almond Brown Butter. The Better Half also serves delectable loaf cakes such as the lightly sweet Pear Crumble loaf and tea cakes such as its nutty yet refreshing Pistachio Lemon Tea Cakes. They also serve bread options such as its fluffy Cinnamon Roll. Paired with their in-house brewed roasts or tea, it will be a lovely experience with your loved ones!

If you are craving for more of their cakes or would like to share it with friends or family, The Better Half also allows you to order a whole cake of your choice with prices ranging from around $40 to $80 depending on the inch and number of layers you are getting.

Tom’s Palette

Gelato connoisseurs should not miss stopping by Tom’s Palette. Established in 2005, Tom’s Gelato is a gelato heaven located at the Bugis area with over 180 flavours under its belt. Always seeking to push the boundaries of what a gelato can be, Tom’s Palette has unconventional flavours such as Salted Egg Yolk and Nasi Lemak for those feeling a bit more adventurous, as well as classics such as Chocolate Sorbet.

Spanish inspired Dolç Patisserie brings a slice of Barcelona to Singapore using french techniques while infusing modern flavours. If you are looking for artisanal, quality desserts, Dolç Patisserie will be the perfect spot to visit with your loved ones.

With its delightfully calming floral contemporary interior, The Wonderment Collective located at the Aljunied area is a perfect sweet spot to relax at if you are looking to unwind with your loved ones. 

This lovely cafe serves classic bakes such as artfully crafted cakes, cookies, macarons and pineapple tarts. Its crispy yet moist Tea Cakes comes in a pair priced at $6.50 which are the Raspberry almond Financiers and Earl Grey. For those with a soft spot for macarons, there are seven assorted flavours available such as the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Ganache which are $2 for a piece and $5 for three pieces. 

Interestingly, the Burnt Cheesecake ($6.50) that comes along with a raspberry compote is served as a round cake rather than as a slice like other places, giving it more caramelised bits. Coffees are available as well to balance out the sweetness from your dessert of choice.
