We didn’t get much of a summer movie season last year, but this year is making a heroic return because there’s plenty to look forward to in the coming months of 2021. From Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films to horror flicks, here are 7 Summer 2021 Movie Releases To Watch Out For.
1. Cruella (started premiering)
This live-action film brings us the origin story of antagonist Cruella de Vil from the 1996 movie, 101 Dalmatians. Emma Stone stars as the iconic Disney villain, a young fashion designer who eventually develops an unhealthy obsession with Dalmatian furs. Emma Thompson, from The Devil Wears Prada, co-stars as her boss.
Cruella is already out in theatres across Singapore. Alternatively, if you’re a Disney+ subscriber with Premier Access, you can also choose to watch it in the comforts of your own home.

And while the de-facto leader of the group, Dom, is all about family, things take an interesting turn here because his family now becomes the problem.
